The Rumsey Monument was erected ( grow up, guys) in honor of the inventor of the steam ship. I think that it just makes for a cool photograph. It is only a couple of minutes from campus, so I decided to pay it a visit today. An American icon posed in front of a statue honoring an American icon. The liberty is tangible.

If I have learned anything from television and film, it is that every tough guy has a heart of gold. With a fraternity camping trip in the not-so-distant future, memories of contorting myself into the bed of my T my last time at Sleepy Creek haunted my psyche and gave my back phantom-pains. So, instead of manning-up, I decided to ask my good buddy Nascar Jim if I could have some carpet removed from his brother-in-law's home. This morning, as I sat on the campus shuttle waiting to be groggily-carted off to class, the glorious sunshine was showering down through the troposphere. What is Hans3T?
Chances are if you're here you know me, or at least know of me on some level. Basically, Hans3T was started as a "journal" of sorts for my truck, which I took delivery of in June 2010. (Luckily, I don't track the amount of money I've spent on accessories.)
My goal for Hans3T is to entertain readers, offer my thoughts and opinions on Hummer-related topics, and to keep the spirit of the Hummer brand going strong.
If you're reading this, thank you for your support! Hans3T is a non-profit website. (Unless you count self-satisfaction as profit.) You readers make Hans3T all the more enjoyable for me!
